Summary

Guest Services Associate is responsible for completing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk. Ensuring that all owners and visitors receive an efficient and dignified service; to make them feel welcome throughout their stay by using an active and positive atmosphere. The Visitor Service Representative also completes special projects and activities as provided


Important Functions


  • Perform daily Front Desk tasks such as guest login and outout, answering calls, completing checklists, changing related transactions, etc.
  • Tasks can include the "inside" of guests to ensure the health and safety of all guests and your associates.
  • Guides owner and guest requests to repair the door. Responds respectfully, fairly and appropriately to guest service requests.
  • Perform simple administrative tasks such as sending faxes, making copies, sending letters by e-mail
  • Greet, register, establish the required credit and issue the keys properly to guests.
  • Answer calls / PBX with proper call habits and direct calls appropriately.
  • Receive guest requests and / or complaints and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Answer questions about resources, services, policies, attractions, restaurants and directions.
  • Contact other departments as required by telephone and two-way radio.
  • Completed exit processes, pays bills, collects payments and makes changes to visitors as needed.
  • Create, confirm and cancel
  • guest booking or answering various guest questions related to their bookings.
  • Rate all cash receipts and work done during the transition and make a bucket check in shift.
  • We distribute visitors and postal and message staff as needed.
  • Posted by fax, copies or laundry or expenses from grocery stores, drinks or convenience stores.
