FedEx Ground employs part-time and full-time employees to upload and deliver packages to our fast-track storage facility. Part-time employees work with shifts of 2-4 hours a day. Full-time employees work approximately two shifts a day for various lengths. Package managers are responsible for the storage activities including: physical loading, loading and / or sorting of packages of various sizes and weights, including lifting, pulling, pulling, carrying, scanning, packaging, and body bending, twisting, kneeling etc. Shifts may vary depending on the volume of the final package and the needs of the business.
Package managers will receive a competitive hourly rate and qualify for a package of attractive benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, vacation pay, parental leave and study assistance after completing the qualifying period. Flexible schedules are offered at most of our sites and will be discussed during the lease.
