Unity Foods Limited, one of the leading FMCG industry operates across Pakistan. We are hiring Quality Assurance Officer for our facility program located in Port Qasim in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines in accordance with industry standards rule and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of all thing manufacturing facilities, manufacturing processes and finished products see and insure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and analyze product and process data to identify trends, patterns and potential quality issues and other thing.
Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain, to establish and maintain quality standards across the organization function.
Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality control records etc...
Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality of raw materials and ingredients.
Performs and monitors all input raw materials (wheat, lentils, rice, sugar, etc.) and testing of packaging materials (WPP and PET+PE).
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems and recommend improvements.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and advances in quality assurance practices and proactively implement necessary changes.
Cooperate with regulatory authorities and participate in external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Chemistry or Quality Assurance.
Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance in the FMCG industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of all quality controls principles and other regulations and best practices of all
Knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and HACCP.
Detail-oriented thinking with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills to work effectively and strongly with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to FMCG products.
