The Education Division at UNICEF Sindh requires the Director of Education (Digital Learning) to provide project co-ordination and technical support for the implementation, implementation and management of LP in Sindh,The LP will play a key role in bringing about continuous learning during the COVID-19 disaster and beyond. The LP will support students and teachers to access learning programs / reading programs / books and the selection of additional content, in national and local languages, which will be managed jointly by the Department of Education / Department of Education and Literacy, Government Sindh and UNICEF. LP will also provide opportunities for collaboration and teaching for teachers and students through live classrooms using online and offline methods. Learning experiences and resources will be selected and selected.


Under the direction of the Education Manager, the overall purpose of the Education Officer (Digital Learning) is to do this;


How can you make a difference?


KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Including project management (planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of this program) in collaboration with 

Teaching and learning coordinators and translators who will make the technology local, select and manage content;

Provide technical expertise in the development of learning and teaching and digital learning materials to support the UNICEF education team / supervisors and all stakeholders to ensure user delivery and success;

Provide coordination and technical support to intermediaries responsible for determining, computer-generated, localization, production of student passport content;

Pakistan to provide content for a study passport;

Contribute to and support the distribution of information to UNICEF national and international partners to ensure the sharing, exchange and co-operation in the implementation of a passport to study and write lessons, challenges, and best practices;

Monitoring, finance and other general reports of UNICEF; overseeing and providing inputs to monitor tests for internal and external participants and sponsors of the Study Pass (grant reports, annual results report, required updates, etc.);

Overseeing problem solving and user and stakeholder support such as deploying government agencies, creating sectors, courses and courses, and providing analytical reports from platform-compiled data;

Support for the planning and implementation of Device Management Systems / Mobile Device Management System (MDM);

Training / capacity building with SELD officials / teachers;

Support through communication activities to promote and adopt LP;

To qualify as an attorney for all children you will be .......


Higher university degrees (Master's or higher) in education, study technology, educational project management, or other field related to social science.

The first university degree (bachelor's degree) in the relevant field combined with an additional 2 years of technical experience can be accepted in place of an advanced university degree.

At least 2 years of professional work experience in implementing educational projects with the aim of improving student learning outcomes.

The experience of teaching school children includes embedding a range of digital technologies as tools for teaching and learning.

Experience in building a curriculum for school children includes grade / integrated / home-based reading / learning. Designing digital reading materials is an asset.

The experience of coordinating / managing staff / supervisors / contractors is an asset.

Good understanding of technology and practice of submitting web platforms and applications and ICT problem solving skills.
