Job description
We are currently looking for a sales manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team that will drive the company's revenue.
Responsibilities:
Supervise its 4 job and coordinate the activities of the sales
Establish sales territories, quotas and targets for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics and identify areas for improvement
Monitor results and trends regularly for business forecasts
Team and individual performance report
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies
Build and establish new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, customer service or related field preferably "Industrial Inkjet Printers"
Knowledge of "food production and packaging lines"
Knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho CRM)
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
