 We are looking for our ITS 4 JOB next Account Executive (AE). As an AE at FundThrough, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your primary focus will be to nurture and guide incoming prospects through our sales process, build a strong relationship with prospects through consultative selling, and set them up for success and long-term growth with FundThrough. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your communication and sales skills as you learn more about your clients' businesses and their working capital challenges and set them up with their financing solutions. Responsibilities:


Inbound Lead Management: Answer inbound inquiries from inbound leads, make sure they're a good fit, and guide them through the sales process.

Sales Execution: Understand the client's unique needs and address their pain points through a consultative sales process that helps them understand the value of FundThrough's invoice factoring offering.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as Credit and Risk to be your client's champion as they move your client through the underwriting process.

Account Management: Work with internal teams to successfully onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any concerns or issues

Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads and opportunities with SalesForce, update records and notes, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team


Requirements


Passion for our mission to enable small businesses to thrive

4+ years of experience in ITS 4 JOB  sales or business development

We are passionate about supporting small businesses and their contribution to the economy

Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, whether in an inbound or full cycle sales role

Strong attention to detail ITS 4 JOB when working with sensitive client information and underwriting documentation

Eager to help build and scale the next iteration of our sales engine

Experience with large deals (>$500,000 in financing/loans or >250,000 with SaaS offerings)

Experience using CRM software (eg Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive)


Bonus Points:


Previous experience working in finance - fintech, lending, payments or banking

Early stage startup experience

We understand that Covid has changed the way we work. Our downtown Toronto office is open and we encourage GTA-based FundThrough’ers to use it.
