About the opportunity…
As an integral part of the "we can do it" operation, this position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to vehicle sales and delivering customer excellence. specifically:
sell vehicles in an effort to achieve volume and gross profit targets
acts as an intermediary between the dealer and the customer during the vehicle purchase process
create and execute persuasive sales pitches
actively listen to customers to understand the needs and wants of their vehicles
its 4 job and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits; pricing
conduct road test drives of vehicles with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
About you…
Ideal candidates will have a strong its 4 job background and proven experience in sales, including: its 4 job
1 to 3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional; experience in an automotive and/or dealership is an advantage
customer service experience and the ability to hold meaningful conversations
knowledge of working with ERP systems (e.g. CDK/Reynolds)
knowledge of working with customer relationship management systems (e.g. OneEighty, DealerTrack)
OMVIC license in good condition
Driver's license and clean abstract of drivers
the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
ability to adapt to a changing environment
strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and in writing)
great attention to detail, organized and strategic
ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
ability to work its 4 job independently and with minimal
self-motivated and driven by a passion for excellence in execution
desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
proven commitment to quality work
