Purity life Health Products LP is a leading Canadian distributor of natural health products. We have grown our industry through outstanding innovation and a commitment to operational excellence. We have a current job opening for PICKERS and PACKERS at our Acton distribution center. Working hours from 15:30 to 12:00.
Duties and Responsibilities its 4 job (other duties may be assigned)
Manual collection of materials and products for distribution to our customers
Lift bags from rack to packing station (approx. 40 pounds)
Performs basic quality checks including package counts and product or package appearance evaluation
Folds and glues boxes, applies labels and stacks boxes onto pallets/conveyor
Demonstrate expertise in packaging all components and sub-components for all cases, boxes and displays
Ensure all warehouse equipment and tools are properly utilized to increase productivity and efficiency
Use proper techniques for lifting, packing and handling heavy objects, proper cutting, reaching and pushing/pulling techniques
Ensure your work area is neat, secure, organized and that packaging material is constantly supplied
Responsibility for always careful handling of goods
Consistently meet minimum required standards of production, accuracy or quality of work performed
Assembling bulk orders by weighing and packing pallets
