Women Athletes & Sports Store Manager - Full-Time - Colorado Springs, CO

Compensation for this position can range from $ 42,000 + / yr. (including commissions and incentives) depending on experience and skills.

Important:

  • Meet or exceed personal sales terms while giving SCHEELS customers a great experience
  • Be knowledgeable in answering questions about location, price and consumption
  • Follow the instructions for specific requests from customers, while maintaining security requirements
  • Review reports and make decisions on purchases, product planning, and marketing trends to meet or exceed SCHEELS standards
  • Stock shelves, tables, and tables are for sale while selling at SCHEELS levels.
  • Set ads, brands, and sales to promote sales
  • Upgrade the SCHEELS Visa Rewards card and be able to clearly explain all the benefits
  • Communicate technically with vendors and / or representatives of external vendors
  • Train your contacts in proper use and basic sales information
  • Prepare and simplify the required product information and sales meetings as instructed
  • Attend required weekly meetings for marketing and product information training
  • Be professional in appearance and behavior, contribute to a positive team environment and treat others with respect and consideration while adhering to SCHEELS policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and process manuals. Ability to write general reports and letters.
  • Ability to perform basic calculations; perform tasks using currency units, estimates and perceptual percentages.
  • Ability to present information individually or in small groups to customers, clients and other employees.
  • Working capacity is assigned to a schedule; can include various hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Expert experience:

High school diploma, or General Education Degree (GED), experience or training related to one to three months; or an equal combination of education and experience.
