Responsibilities:
Managing Customer Success operations at the WellnessLiving Islamabad Office in Pakistan. These include many Customer vertical successes (Support, Rides, Addon Service Departments, Vendor Operations), as well as team leaders and department managers.
• Develop new strategies and maintain existing strategies that allow the Customer Success Department to take advantage of FCR, CSAT and service delivery.
• Maintain effective customer performance every hour according to the working hours of the team members, depending on the North American customer base.
• Monitor team productivity and track team team for any required action based on results.
• Perform performance appraisal of team members where adjustments are needed.
• Report directly to Head Office Customer Success and be your liaison in training, managing, and encouraging your team to work for our members through Wellness Living above and beyond the customer service model.
• Your aim will be to share expertise (growth, competitive analysis, market and business trends) with departmental leaders and to ask for advice on strategic and business planning processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of customer service performance management with proven ability to deliver a unique customer, customer or member experience.
• 5+ years of leadership and experience in human resource management. Proven success in leading, coaching and motivating teams
• Demonstrated the ability to deliver results through motivation, motivation and accountability.
Related industry experience (i.e. Software)
• Fluency in the English language
