Linchpin Solutions Inc Proposal Manager


The applicant will be committed to proposing proposals and provide hosting expertise and suggestions to all Business lines, including Defense and Federal Customers. Participate in the planning and implementation of the proposal development team, review Requirements for Proposal (RFP) requirements, conduct RFP analysis and evaluate needs response. Plan, plan strategies, and make a proposal, including improving winning themes, high-value proposals, discrimination and drawings. Assist line managers and staff in understanding and implementing photography management and making good recommendations. The nominee will be responsible for verifying responses to compelling, comprehensive and compliant proposals that reflect the elements of winning strategies and align the aspects of testing and process. Establish short-term and long-term strategic goals in line with the organisation's strategy.


Activities:


Guide and manage the full process of developing proposals from Pre-Proposal by Post Proposal categories.

Analyze government requests, identify all assessment requirements and procedures, and prepare and disseminate proposal schedules, frameworks and guidelines.

Interpret technical and administrative requirements for Federal government requests (e.g., RFPs, RTEPs, RFIs).

Manage and be accountable in accordance with the timely submission of the proposal by managing and controlling all activities opposed to the nomination process and RFP requirements.

Collaborate with managers, management teams, working units, BD staff, stakeholders, partners, and topic experts to provide proposal leadership, support and comprehensive guidance.

Respond quickly to RFP amendments and apply the necessary changes to the proposal.

Develop and apply suggestions management techniques including but not limited to: suggestion schedule, outline, matrix tracking, startup, news boards, mockups, summary color reviews and summaries, and more.

Ensure a winning strategy, technical solution, winning themes, discrimination, compliance, and a clear understanding of the requirements are well defined and consistent across all final nomination documents.

Manage multiple promotion tasks on certain fast-paced last days.

Support other suggestion-related functions (e.g., Content Information) as needed.

Support internal business development activities as provided (e.g. FBO search and tracking, white papers, case studies, competition analysis, marketing collateral).

Describe, write, use, and support the continuation of the proposal process.

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of State Government proposal management, support, and / or writing experience to include 3+ years' management / administrative experience.
  • Experience leading / managing multiple suggestions at once.
  • Experience in the development of government proposals and procedures is required.
  • Experience many types of suggestions: competition, single source, and follow-up
  • Experience in managing volumes for each of the larger suggestion group.
  • Understand, and experience, the procedures and rules for government procurement (e.g. FAR).
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, strong English skills, attention to detail, and good judgment in decision-making.
  • The candidate will have the appropriate experience without proposal management (e.g., project management, photography management, account management) enriching proposal management skills.
  • Evidence of a successful record of high quality, high scoring suggestions.
  • Demonstrated experience in the writing of a proposal that covers all the common components of an application (e.g., Management, Technology, Staff, Cost).
  • Ability to work to meet deadlines (nights, weekends, and occasional holidays).
  • Ability to develop and / or assist technical and acting staff in the development of compelling themes, non-discrimination and messages.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Up-to-date information on marketing, editing, image design, and other great promotional practices.
  • The power to manage groups varies geographically.
  • Ability to create original content using interviewing and research methods.
  • Navigation with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
