Job description
Ability to develop, maintain and implement company policies and procedures
Perform a complete recruitment process from job description editing, posting advertisements in managing selection and placement process, supervision of newly hired employees
Complete implementation of the dismissal / resignation process includes dismissal and termination negotiations
To perform activities to promote a spirit of motivation, motivation and inclusion of employees
Perform performance management and annual audits
Support the development and implementation of HR programs and programs
Specific disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy
