Job description
Start the recruitment and selection process which means testing, shortlisting, CV bank retention.
Do the interview as per the required situation.
Implement the process of supervision and co-operation of the new employee.
Keep all the key details of all employees in the software and update accordingly.
Prepare and issue all types of staff letters on a monthly basis eg nomination letters, transfers, confirmations, re-appointments and promotions etc.
Monthly report of all hiring, resignation with software & submit to the relevant department.
Keep all major records of employees according to their files and locations.
Consider final payment for employee severance according to company policy in a timely manner.
Make sure all tasks are completed on time to avoid delays and obstacles to continuous operation.
Keep basic Health Insurance process data and update it monthly and contact the insurance company and employees according to each requirement.
Prepare and review Human Resource Planning in all departmental departments annually so that the budget can be used without problems.
Prepare and update all annual departmental promotion sheets and compensation of employees according to their roles and responsibilities.
Initiate and review the Performance Management process in terms of appraisals and review details to compensate an employee for their annual performance.
Keep all employee descriptions according to master data and update them accordingly.
Earn as a member of a cohesive group.
Other management functions namely mail management, letter inquiries, staff tracking, dispute resolution, email tracking and liaison with all departments.
