Job Title: Civil Engineer

Purpose of the Position:


The construction of public buildings is an important part of HDF programs, which include school buildings, community health centers, water filtration plants, osmosis conversion plants, dams inspection, dam dams, houses, toilets and water pools.


The Civil Engineer is fully responsible for the construction of public works, ensuring quality and compliance with standard projects, planning and implementing projects on a budget and time basis, drawing and finalizing drawings and acting as a contractor-focused person. Reporting to the General Manager's Program, the Construction Engineer will be responsible for regular site visits, reporting and budgeting projects.


Main Functions


Responsible for the planning / construction of community service projects.

Inspect / modify and verify technical drawings and structural details of projects to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contract requirements.

Conducting technical feasibility studies including spatial surveys, soil surveys, data analysis and analysis including maps, reports, survey diagrams etc.

Upgrade detailed drawings using Auto CAD and other suitable software.

Develop and monitor project cost estimates, budgets and resources and act as people focused on verifying project reports and completion reports.

Prepare for economic performance through projects.

Monitoring Contract Activity in terms of BOQ and individual Plans

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and environmental safety standards.

View and analyze soil test results to determine the adequacy and strength of building foundations.

Examine the potential risks, materials and costs.

Resolve problems / shortcomings that arise and make recommendations or introduce alternative solutions.

Monitor and ensure quality standards and proper management of construction, in accordance with approved plans.

Review government regulations and regulations and ensure the adoption of construction plans from relevant departments.

Prepare detailed cost estimates including equipment and labor for school construction, Community Health Center, Small Dams, Water Filtering Plants and other WASH facilities.

Confident communication with customers and other professional contractors.

Complete quality assurance and provide feedback and timely reports to management.

Ensure that all materials and work in accordance with the specifications

Agree on the price of building materials and make less expensive solutions and proposals for the intended project.

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious HEC University. Active Member - Pakistani Engineering Council.


Experience:


Three- to five-year experience of planning, coordinating, managing and monitoring all site-related tasks while feasible technical studies including site feeds, materials, development analysis data (maps, reports, test diagrams etc.) using Auto CAD and software lists computerized for community service projects. Hands on information about resources for the provision of building materials.
