Bios Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) work as a Caregiver / Partner with people with intellectual disabilities to teach skills and provide services to allow people to live as independently as possible in their homes and participate in their communities the way they want.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) help people with disabilities live a targeted life and contribute to the community, assist with daily life activities if necessary, and promote attitudes and behaviors to improve social inclusion. Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) can provide services to a person with a disability at home, at work, school, church, and other public places. Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) encourage people, in communicating their needs, defining themselves and their goals.

No experience required !!
Requirements include:

At least 18 years
It can bend, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds to provide the following services
Good writing and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and current car insurance
Clear criminal history record

Training Bonus:

$ 300 Sign-On Bonus (CPR / First Aid, MAT, CDS required)
