Manage a technology field team to provide customer service within the city and remote areas. ·
Monitor the escalation of problems, ensure customer service standards are met and monitor timely communication of customer situations. Maintain close relationships with customers and maintain strong relationships with them to improve customer satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve any problems caused by poor service performance.
Post jobs to a group that exists in different cities to ensure good productivity.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service with high quality and integrity in the workplace.
Provide consistent guidance and technical support to the team to meet customer needs.
Review the performance of standard team (KPIs), provide feedback, and help them improve their vulnerable areas.
Develop technical skills development programs for staff and customers.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by team members.
Keep the team motivated and act as a mentor for team members.
One has to be flexible in visiting other cities and remote areas as well.
