That expertise allows you to lead the planning, processing development and implementation of planned maintenance items in the production area for continuous development. This will be managed by teams consisting of a variety of technical and non-technical staff, key support contractors and operational staff.

You will:
Compatriots and Empower line leaders to deliver on the goals of SQCDSM - Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability and Integrity online, to ensure a sustainable process; Participates in DMS-Daily Management program meetings at switch and line level
You are the owner of the technology and processes as well as the latest equipment and processes and have a deep technical expertise in process and equipment; Owner of PM-Progressive Maintenance programs and work processes and key performance indicators of the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key for the line / s and Centerline Management systems; owns the R & M-Repairs & Maintenance line budget
Develop, manage and deploy end-to-end and time-based security systems and systems and build team capacity; Build (spend at least 50% of the time) technical skills and retention of professionals working in shifts, so that they can use and maintain their own equipment; be part of the Premier's Pillar, manage all PM programs and procedures at line level and lead some of them at departmental level
Partner with Asset and Trustees in improving the system and performing special maintenance work; responsible for Line / Line Change Management, spatial planning and appropriate demolition analysis and reduction of R&M costs in line / lines; Represents department / lines / lines as the owner of site technology in regional and international technical forums
Assist VSU with new programs and enable VSU team; Assist line leader in internal and external balancing and reuse; become an expert in topics in one of the categories and become a PM-related topics coach of the plant

Improved knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems) and Progressive Maintenance Step 3) and the ability to store equipment (objects) dedicated to basic conditions independently, including the implementation of AM & PM standards (BD-Breakdown adjustments) , planned repairs) dedicated equipment and services and TPM - Troubleshooting tools for Phase 3 & 4 tools

Ability to function as a Line Leader, develop and coordinate an objective / line plan, facilitate and manage the members' IDP, train team members in their performance management and career development.
Education / Certificates:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Specific job requirements:
3 years experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment as an I&E specialist, Industrial Electrician or similar discipline.
Certificates or degrees from trade or technical schools and / or professional organizations are popular.
The ability to use hand-held meters for electrical diagnostics and hand tools and for the construction and installation of electricity.
You should be able to work overtime and switch between shifts as needed.
You need to be motivated and able to work unsupervised when needed.
You must be able to operate from heights using fall protection and maintain a high lift certificate as well as keeping a good safety and compliance record.
Ability to work in a paid work environment where your growing skills allow you to earn more than regular pay.
