We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of working in major national accounts and successfully increasing market share.


Ability to manage dialogue with medium to high customer leadership with good technology

8-10 years of previous work experience in customer relations, marketing, business development, contract management, and / or strategic planning

As a Federal Account Manager in the USA, you will be selling ICT products to US Federal Government ONLY

This includes a group of X sellers who receive Inquiries (tenders) from USA Govt and work with retailers for pricing and shipping.

Small government contracts are a multi-billion dollar opportunity.

USA cultural awareness

Don’t be afraid of big numbers and high transaction value (multi-million dollar quotes) which means they should have worked in the high-priced ticketing product group.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Creating a pipeline for US Government agencies by representing / marketing the portfolio of ETS product / services & developing strong partnerships
  • Managing existing relationships creates a reputation for good service and business duplication.
  • Guide and guide team members to create strategic opportunities in line with ETS short-term and long-term goals
  • Manage complex questions in all life cycle processes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Use work ethic to ensure quality and consistency of service in US Government agencies and departments such as DOD, DOJ, Navy, and USAF, etc.
  • Organize and conduct status meetings with appropriate customer and customer resources.
  • Assist the sales team in business acquisition, planning, storage, and management.
  • Keep complete and accurate client / existing contact data.
  • Help make big business decisions.
  • Develop and update customer-related reports.
  • Discuss and manage contracts with the business contract process in accordance with GSA contract obligations
  • Identify and build problem-solving strategies to solve customer issues
  • It can work under minimal supervision

Other Requirements


  • Education from a recognized institution.
  • Evening hours: 6 pm to 3 am.
  • Salary: Depending on experience - added sales performance bonus.
  • Previous work experience in collaboration with US government agencies and / or GSA integration.
  • Prior to IT / Software Sales, the marketing and business development experience would be great
  • Good marketing and relationship management skills
  • Office time: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am. (Evening-Shift)
